Qm² is a network of sole practitioners each with considerable expertise. We come together because we share a common work ethic and philosophy, but diverse intellectual perspectives and independent networks. We share these with each other and with our clients. We frequently write about our work. Many of those articles appear on our website, free of charge. If you have a need services we don't supply directly, we can probably recommend a source.

Strategic Thinking and Execution
When your organization needs focus and direction, Qm² designs a comprehensive process that not only yields a shared vision, but also aligns the organization and brings energy to the board and staff. What distinguishes our approach is emphasis on enabling an organization to think and act strategically, rather than simply having a plan. We work with key leaders of the board and staff to both create a plan and transform the organization. An especially powerful tool is the Qm² Life Cycle Assessment, which uncovers obstacles prior to entering the planning process.

Fund Development and Capital Campaigns
Qm² audits development programs and helps CEOs, Development Officers, and Boards create achievable plans for fundraising success. We emphasize donor-centered, comprehensive and inclusive fundraising strategies. We prepare the staff and the board for campaign readiness by including them in the action. We train boards and help members see "asking" as an open invitation to engage donors in the important work of the organization.

Assessment and Evaluation
Every engagement with Qm² begins with considered assessment. Sometimes we undertake an analytical analysis of existing material; sometimes data collection is required. We may do this or we may teach you and your staff and volunteers how to gather data and embed it into your decision making process. We solicit regular, honest, and complete evaluation - especially of the tough issues and difficult situations. Qm² enlarges your capacity to assess and evaluate kindly, fully because these actions are the fulcrum upon which nonprofit excellence and continuous improvement turns.

Qm² works with organizations to assess and improve the guest experience. A particularly effective means of developing one's executive strengths is to join a REX Roundtable.
