Qm² works with organizations to help them advance their vital missions. Bethesda Children's Home in Meadville, Pennsylvania has been a leader in serving children and families since 1919.
Bethesda serves over 400 troubled youth every day
from throughout Pennsylvania through its residential treatment program, group home, alternative education and partial hospitalization programs, foster care, and prevention-based programming.
Qm² Associate Neil Bohnert has worked with Bethesda to identify and implement strategic priorities that led to financial and program enhancements.
Building on its strengths, Bethesda Children's Home initiated a streamlined governance function directed at outcomes while preserving tradition and integrated the board and staff for sustained, effective operations.
According to Executive Director, Gene Wisinski, "As a result of Neil's work with our Board and administrative staff', both groups are now focused on the growth and development of all aspects of our agency. Our meetings are more productive and Neil has helped us to define reachable goals."
