Overview
The Qm² Marketing Roundtable is a small group of marketing executives who communicate regularly to help one another solve problems and improve their marketing efforts.
The roundtable does not deal with the "nuts and bolts" of marketing. The members already are proficient in the basics. Rather, the roundtable is a place to address issues of leadership, management, strategy, and the relationship between marketing and the rest of the organization.
Regular communication with other marketing executives helps to clarify issues and convert concern into practical action. Communication takes place via an online Forum on this site, which is accessible only to members; at an annual overnight retreat, and at other occasional meetings.
John Durel, an experienced facilitator, chairs the roundtable, focusing the discussions to produce the maximum benefit for each participant. Durel has more than twenty years experience working in the non-profit sector, and since 1997 has consulted with boards, directors, and staffs on leadership, management, planning, and organizational design.
